Due to a nationwide issue with Optum RX from late March to early May that affected our ability to order labs and report new results on the patient portal, some results may not be automatically available. Communication through portal messages is still an effective way to stay informed and check on the status of your results. Lab results from this period of time can be sent as PDFs through the portal on request. Additionally, due to an upcoming transition to a new electronic medical record system with improved patient-side tools, our patient intake and portal will be fully revamped starting in July. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time as we transition to a more robust system.
